I am dedicated in guiding women on a transformative journey towards holistic wellness. My mission is to empower women to reclaim their health and vitality by understanding their hormones, menstrual cycles and to navigate through life's changes. Allowing women to gain a deeper connection with their bodies and embrace nourishing lifestyle practices.
Through a holistic and integrative approach to nutrition and lifestyle, I provide personalised support to address menstrual issues, hormone imbalances and related conditions such as PCOS, PMDD, Endometriosis and Perimenopause.
I don't believe in fad diets, calorie counting or restrictive measures, instead focusing on sustainable habits that promote long term health and happiness.
My commitment to you lies in bridging the gap between women's health concerns and conventional medical care, offering compassionate guidance and effective solutions where traditional approaches often fall short.
My journey started 7 years ago when I decided I wanted to lose weight. I went down the road of calorie counting, food restriction and over-exercising, and perhaps some traits of disordered eating!
My all or nothing attitude was not healthy and I realised I was more unhappy than ever! I began to educate myself on nutrition, holistic health, hormones, and the menstrual cycle. I learnt a lot about myself and began to address my eating habits, adding more to my diet, not less, and my body thanked me for it.
Over the years I have watched many people around me suffer. My Mum struggling through the menopause, my daughter starting her period, friends battling with severe menstrual symptoms and my recent diagnosis of PMDD. I became frustrated with the lack of education in women's health and it has fuelled my passion to deepen my understanding in this field. Which is why I am here to help you understand your body, menstrual cycle and achieving hormonal balance.
